Do you wear footwear when nude in woods?

Today I spent a hour in the woods with nothing on my feet and nothing on my skin. I was completely exposed. Felt way better to not wear footwear. What do you think?
Posted a couple of pics in my profile because I liked it so much. Will become a regular event for me now
I tend to only wear footwear if it's necessary. In the forest, most of the time it's soft enough I go barefoot. Some forests, the loam in almost soft and wonderful, like a foot massage. But I always try to go as naked as possible head to toe.

Both my son and I are barefoot nudists. When visiting nude resorts with hiking trails, it is nude barefoot all the way!
I went for another walk last week. This time I did wear sandals because I wanted to make more progress and I have delicate soles!
I walked along a woodland path and got about 30 minutes away from any of my clothes. It was totally exciting, knowing I had no protection and nowhere to hide if anyone had seen me. It was a new path that I had not walked on before so every turn was exciting, not knowing what I was going to arrive at.
Walking back felt even more exciting, not sure why....
Will definitely do it again, trying to stretch the amount of time a am away from clothing in the outdoors
So I went hiking in the woods above our cabin in North Carolina in July and as you can see I wore hiking boots. Too many sharp sticks and thorns not to. Had to navigate a very small path through them to get to the fire road/trail that is up there. Once to the road I disrobed but kept my shorts nearby. Love the freedom of being nude not the excitement of being seen. Theme song to Deliverance playing in my head.
It depends on the surface conditions. Certainly, if the trail/woods are even slightly inviting I'll slip off my shoes and have a much different experience without shoes than with shoes. Even wearing sandals is much different than being barefoot. Unfortunately, I don't do it often enough.
