When I stopped playing sport, I gained weight over time and was heavier than I should have been. 18 months ago I made an effort to lose weight as I wanted to look better and it was a vanity thing as well as health driven. But I did want to look better at the CO beaches I visit so yes being body conscious made me do it and I'm more confident naked now as a result.
