Return to DiscussionsThere was a story in my local paper the other day, 1/21/18, about 5 women taking the fight to Federal Court for the right to go bare chested on Ocean City's Maryland Beaches.
The law suit argues that women have the legal right to go shirtless in public, justt like men.
I'm not an attorney, but play one on TV and was wondering what can we do to support these 5 brave women?
Support the Naturist Action Committee (NAC) (naturistaction.org) of The Naturist Society (naturistsociety.com). They will almost certainly be involved, if nothing else providing a friend of the court briefing supporting the women.

Women absolutely have the right to walk bare chested in public. The presence of mammory glands shouldn't be a determining factor. We are equal in this country. If men can, women should. If women can't, neither should men. It's otherwise sexist.
Posting a link to the article would be helpful. The vast majority of men are straight and want to see topless women. Many women would like to take their tops off as well. Given how big nude modeling industry is, I fail to see how women don't already have this right everywhere in the country or how these women could fail to win.
Like has been said above. Finding out who they are and setting up a donation campaign would help
