Hi I'm Barry For five years when I was in my 20s, I lived near to the nudist beach at Shoreham Harbour, a few miles west of Brighton on the south coast of England. While living there, I rented a room from an elderly widow in her mid 60s. Sometimes she would bring me a cup of tea before breakfast. One morning I was doing some yoga exercises unadorned when she knocked on the door and came in without waiting for an answer. 'That's nice' she said, looking down at me 'I'm a bit of a nudist too.' Next morning she too was naked when she brought me a cup of tea. I was still in bed. I didn't dress when I went downstairs for breakfast. From then on we both sometimes went about the house naked and occasionally went to the beach.
