Welcome to the site and to nudism!
As far as I know, you need to post two photos to get certified: one where you're clothed and holding a sign with the words "True Nudists" and your site ID written on it and another photo where you're nude and holding the same sign. After the site administrators see the two pics, they declare you certified.
