And definitely in a class by itself. At times it can be so easy to shoot in color--especially with I-phones and point and shoot cameras, colors in a print can mask a multitude of errors. B&W, on the other hand, takes lot of skill and planning, an awareness of light and shadows, a balance of details, weighted elements and how it all will come together as a composition in the finished piece.
