My limited experience suggests that all ages and body types can enjoy aspects of the lifestyle should they wish. All types turn up when I visit, whether youg, old male, female, complete, incomplete, and any size. All enjoying the experience, whether with friends or on their own, whether sitting, walking, swimming, or boating; out for the day or out for can hour.
Plan to come, bring a pleasant attitude and above all, don't let the mirror hold you back!
