I put a clip on a pierced nipple and thought the result looked like the arms and legs of a little man. So I added a smiley as the head.

I now have vertical and horizontal piercings through each nipple (2 per nipple). On my last nude holiday, on party night, I decided to decorate my chest by sticking smilies around each nipple. Two of the ladies were intrigued and I got to stick the smilies right on the nipples of both of them.
