At work I go braless under my cami and smock. When I'm home I'm nude and when I go out I make sure my nipples are visible under my top and my boobs have a little bounce, When I go hiking I'm either nude or topless just like at the beach.

I agree, I am always nude at home and barely cover up to even answer the door.
I drive topless at the very least and have them out as much as I can.
My only issue as I get older is gravity!! What a bitch it is LOL

Yet, as a man, a nudist, and an observer of bodies, it's also natural and accepted. I find thst nudists are as accepting a group as you can find anywhere and that goes for accepting the reduction in muscle tone and "perkiness". Enjoy them and let them free, please.

Maybe everyone is different. But studies show that bras actually weaken the muscle tissue in breast which is why women who always wear a bra have a some sensitivity when they don't have one on. The more they go without the stronger the muscle gets and the less sensitive. Also no bra has shown to increase the breast size. One of the ladies in her share that.
