A couple weekends ago went hiking and camping with two other guys. One guy I count as a great friend and and have hiked and camped with for years so he knows I will want to get naked. Sometime he will too. Then there was a new guy and I didn't know if he had been warned about me. I didn't hike naked but I couldn't wait to get my clothes off at the camp and thought about it while we hiked in. After setting up my tent I swam naked in the water by our campsite. When new guy saw I was naked he just dropped his shorts and walked right in but put shorts back on when he walked back to the camp site so I did too. Shortly after dark the new guy decided it was time to go to sleep. My shorts were all that was left so off they came. The next afternoon after arriving back at camp after a grueling day hike we all quickly threw our backpacks, clothes and shoes off and jumped in the cold water like a bunch of giggly boys. It was like that was the payoff we were waiting for. It was freaking awesome as we swam naked in the cool water of the stream on a sunny afternoon! A little later I stood by the stream naked and rinsed the days dirt and sand from my shorts and shoes while the others were in the camp site. I knew my friend didn't mind me being naked so I finally just asked the new guy as we gathered fire wood. He said it didn't bother him and encouraged me to do what makes me comfortable. Say no more, I was quickly naked after that and we all sat on the rocks by the water for a while enjoying the sun and water and a few beers we had packed in and saved for that day. After gathering firewood and building a fire we were sitting around the fire and a group of other hikers suddenly appeared right outside our camp. As they approached I asked my friend to grab my shorts off the clothesline by my tent but he said "too late haha". So I'm sitting there naked (other dudes in my group had on shorts or UW) while this group of 4 guys and one girl came in and chatted with the guys. The leader was talking loudly and nervously and wouldn't even look my way. It was so obvious it was hilarious. Once he saw me, he started talking his way out the other side of our camp site. We laughed about that for a while. I didn't mean to offend but hey, he crashed our camp site late in the afternoon. In retrospect I felt sorry for the guy. He probably is insecure, has a poor body image or some other hang up. I stayed naked until we packed up the next morning to hike out. What a great trip!
