I believe a person can be ticketed at any location on National Forest Lands. I've seen the park rangers do it to those who are not discreet.

Good morning from southern Arizona
Hopefully I can buy one soon. Just gave up my bass boat to family. Not a big fan of lake Pleasant. Saguaro lake is a little busy for kayaking. Apache lake is not bad less people in wake boats !
There is three smaller lakes down here. But I havent been to them since I moved away from Phoenix two years ago. Almost done with my build of a patio/carport. But soon Ill be able to get out again

Hey there. I have been to Lake Pleasant a few times with my sit on top kayak. Never had a problem being nude. But I always paddle to the other side and sit on a towel that can be easy moved to cover me up. And then like others mentioned, I use the private coves a lot. Once, a tour boat came very close to me, I chose not to cover up as they should have kept a bit more space. Eh.

I ha e been to Canyon lake, but I was just too packed on a weekend to attempt that. Would love to find more places to go out on the kayak on.. May have to check out Apache next.
