Return to DiscussionsWell a little while ago I had a nj state trooper pull into my driveway. I was nude ony deck as I usually am. I keep a towel near . He came up my deck. He said that my new neighbors said I was exposing my self . I asked the officer what did he mean by exposing myself. I told him that I am a nudist and I do go nude on my deck. He said the neighbors were saying they can see me... So I told him, this isy house and if they have an issue with it that's to bad... After a short but direct conversation, I said that I would like to file an invasion of privacy report. He said was I sure I wanted to do that. I said yes because they could only see me if they went out of there way to look. So needless to say, I'm sure they now know what the law is. Put up a dam fence if you have an issue....
Good for you! It reminds me of the old lady who was complaining about the neighbor being naked. When the police oficer looked out the window he said he couldn't see anything. She said: "Of course not. You have to use the binoculars!" The point is, if you have to go out of your way to look, it is an invasion of privacy. Good luck!!!
