Too risky here in South Carolina. One of the local guys answered the door naked for a pizza delivery and the girl called the cops and he was arrested and jailed. Went to trial and now he is a registered sex offender. Not worth the risk.

when i open the door to a delivery man, or to the postwoman, i only open it a crack. they can see maybe my hip (at most) but nothing else. and i say to wait, i turn around and cover myself with my skirt - always within reach - then i come back. so it doesn't pose any problem, but you have to be very careful.
I always thought it would be fun to order food and answer naked. But then its always so risky but I honestly wonder how many times it happens.
Especially if the delivery person is under 18.
Same for going to a drive through window nude.
I was dating a woman who both was a nudist and liked to show off. She would order pizza and answer the door in a robe. If the delivery person was an adult and seemed ok, she would let her robe fall open "accidentally " when she reached for the pizza. No one ever got upset or called the cops.
I caught by the Amazon delivery guy while i was mowing the lawn, he came round the back of the house to leave the parcel, i also like to answer the door naked, luckily we have a large glass panel so i can see who is stood there before i open the door naked
