Waukegan Beach is not sanctioned as nude and I don't think it's feasible to have a nude group meeting there. My suggestion is you look at CANS on meetup.com or set up something at King Spa or Chicago Sweat Lodge. There's a clothing optional campground called Cedar Hills that I can also recommend.

Chicago Fun Club is nude and mixed gender. They usually have a summer outing at the nudist resort Lake O the Woods in Valparaiso, IN.

As the weather starts to improve and get warmer, I would love to start having nude gatherings, the problem is where tho?, Im new to the area and have zero idea where could we have gatherings without disturbing anyone around. I heard about Waukegan Municipal Beach as a good spot but Im not sure how true that is. Does anyone have any ideas???

Waukegan North Beach is so chill that a moderate-sized group could probably meet without problems. However, I would not recommend it for weekends, when boaters come in and party/barbecue/etc. and don't partake of the clothing optional option. They've seemed relatively tolerant of those who *do*, but a big group might be a problem.
