Saw others introducing themselves to the group and thought I would do that, too.
I've been a Christian for several decades.
I've been attending a 'small' Protestant church in the Chicagoland area for over 20 years.
I've been a nudist for over 12 years.
I tried telling one person at church about nudism, but I didn't receive a good response.
When next I tried to bring up the subject with someone else (several months later), I still didn't receive a good response.
My most recent chance of talking about nudism with another church friend (not the person mentioned below) has met with a better response.
A few years ago, I brought up the subject with someone from church when I went was invited into his apartment. It was very warm in there; I tried to make a casual remark about being more comfortable if clothes were optional. I was told that nudity there was not welcomed. However, when that friend came to my place, I brought up the subject again. After that, I started being nude whenever he visited my home. He even surprised me during one of his visits when he hugged me while I was nude (and he was dressed).
