Less Bulky Without Clothes

I believe we're all here because we share a genuine love for being nude. Personally, I've found a sense of joy and acceptance with my body as it ages. It may not be as slender as it once was, but that's perfectly fine with me. Whether you describe it as chubby, stocky, chunky, or another term, I'm aware that during those infrequent moments when I do wear clothes, they tend to squash my body's natural curves and contours, altering my silhouette and leaving me with the sensation of being "drowning in clothes." When I shed those garments, I feel lighter, more at ease, and genuinely happier with my body's build. I'm curious if others experience the same uplifting sensation. In many ways, clothes can feel restrictive and uncomfortable, particularly in how they confine and shape our bodies.

I don't notice the difference in weight and restrictions as much as 'aireyness'. The feeling of airflow (or water currnts) and just the environment having an uninterrupted interface with my body, whether walking, swimming, paddling, driving or relaxing is the feeling I love.

Naturally we have to compromise on occasion. I really need a hat to stay in sunshine, but love removing it when out of the sun. I have to wear a swimsuit in textile swimming environments but try to go about as minimal as I feel comfortable with in the situation. Donald Ducking in a longish shirt works in coastal areas when I could convievably have a swim brief on underneath. Loose unlined running shorts with nothing beneath works in casual situations. Going commando helps when I have to wear items that are more substantial such as dress shorts or long trousers. Footwear may be required in some situations, but not always.

But it's nice to get back to where less compromises have to be made.

I'm nude when home or in the winter just a t shirt but other than summer when t shirt , shorts and sandals clothes feel bulky on me and throw in a jacket and ugh. skimpy is good but nude is best and in the backyard or better at camp with a pool , trails and clubhouse nude time is best. the campground I attend is gay and clothing optional it amazes me the guys walking around in shorts and sometimes a shirt where you can be nude and free of the textile world.

@gabare, your post reminded and transported me right back to my first nudist resort experience, where I arrived with mountains of clothes! I flew to stay with a long-time nudist friend who'd bought a permanent home at the resort. My suitcase was so crammed the zipper threatened surrender at any moment. My friend laughed so hard when I arrived with such a large suitcase and asked, "Got a runway show planned? The joke was on me when 98% of those clothes returned home unworn. The irony wasn't lost on mepacking so extensively for a place where clothing is optional. But, being a "newbie" at a resort had me imagining all sorts of scenarios where I might need to be dressed, from unexpected weather to social situations I couldn't yet envision. My approach has simplified dramatically since then. These days, I travel with just one outfit, basic toiletries, electronics and chargers, and flip-flopsall fitting perfectly in a modest carry-on. Upon arrival, I immediately launder my travel clothes and remain blissfully nude until departure day. That's what I call vacation perfection. Being naked totally simplifies life in many way!
