I hope they didn't go shy suddenly because it's your other mother rather than their father. There is no embarrassment in a mother wanting to examine the well being of their of her sons down there . especially if there is suspicion that corrective action must be undertaken.
My point here is that over 10 Years old sounds like an age where they would be mature enough. They are certainly mature enough to understand that if slack appears they would have to and it would be in their benefit to undergo a recircumcision procedure. At the same time they might be immature enough To avoid touching themselves down there specifically to fool you into thinking that there is nothing wrong. Hence there's no more certain way than to fiddle with it a little bit until you can check the tightness yourself.

Totally off subject but... I was raised as a nudist and I still remember the day my mom commented when she saw my first pubic hair!
No, definitely not. We had it in our birth plan, the crib in the hospital had a note and special ribbon saying no and YET we were asked twice per day if we were sure. I eventually said to a nurse that if we were asked again we would request she was removed from our room. Respect our decision. I understand when it's done for medical need (phismosis) or religious reasons, but don't get why people elect to have it done to their kids. It's a pointless surgery. But to each their own right!
What you're doing is giving your opinion and not stating fact. I'm uncut, zero issues my whole life and that's all there is to it. So is my son, that's all there is to it. You're waxing lyrical .....stick to fact
Much to your dismay, you'll have to understand that they are their kids, not your kids. It's up to them if they will perform preventative/elective/mandatory surgery as they and the *medical* advisors they choose. The medical training you see is important and it's the first thing intactivists attack. Telling everyone what how a conspiracy of corrupt doctors took their foreskins. It's no wonder half the intactivist movements are antivax you see.
As to your anecdotal experience, it's unimportant. Nobody cares if your foreskin is fine. Nobody cares if you would know how to tell fine from problematic apart either. After all intactivists are known to promote the normalization of phimosis right to the point where prominent figures telling people it's fine to never open your foreskin in your life, get penis cancer and lose the whole thing.
Thankfully there are statistical data, and that way we know the truth.
Now closing, we do know intactivist organizations are comprised mainly of uncut men. There just aren't enough gullible cut men out there that you guys can brainwash into thining they are cripples after all. And it doesn't help that often you drive them to suicide. But can you please get out of the group in which you don't belong and only joined to spread propaganda and find more weak men to recruit?
Or is it that you can't stop yourserlf until more kids take their own lives after internalizing your propaganda? Just look at your cause-justifies-the-means attitude. Look at the nazi communities you frequent where dissent means instant ban. What exactly are you trying to achieve here? At what cost?
