C.O. in Co stands for- Clothing Optional in Colorado. I have a 30 Acre Homestead in Northern Colorado, my plan is to use it as a nudist retreat. Located about 30 min. from Estes Park. It is surrounded by National Forest with great hiking. I will have designated camping sites, the House is still under construction so no beds at this time. Return to DiscussionsSo I am pretty remote, There is no cell service but I do have limited wifi. Access is an unmaintained forest road, so clearance is a must. There is Parking at the beginning so I could shuttle easily. If you have a large group, try and arrive together, if everyone has a 4x4 then at your leisure.
I have USFS land on 3 sides which is very private, not many trails to speak of but the Forest is open to exploring.
June-Sept there is an outside Shower on the back deck as well as an outhouse with a flushing toilet. There are facilities inside as well
I have been building it by myself and just started my 10th year, it has been a blast with a lot to still get done this year. I can only accept a few groups this year, just too much else to do, but hope to get lots of feedback and be ready to roll come June 2021.
This is a work in progress, so hopefully after this season I will have a better idea of what is needed and what will help make it better.
