Since this Group is about sharing information of possible trails to hike nude here in Colorado, I can share that Spinney Mountain Reservoir State Park has a surrounding area where some nude hiking can be done. It is a State Park so obviously no full nudity is allowed, but since this park is located high in the mountains, and it has no facilities for camping, only some fishermen go there. This means there is very few people in a fairly big reservoir.
The park is located close to highway 24, about 10 miles East of Hartsel. To go there you can start from Colorado Spring going West on Hwy 24, and about 10 miles before reaching Harsel, the park entrance will be on your left. It is the same entrance for two State Parks, Spinney Mountain and Eleven Mile, but Eleven Mile has all kind of facilities, so it is a much more visited place, making impossible to find quiet spots to walk nude. Spinney and Eleven Mile are separated about 5 miles one from the other, so it is possible to spend time at Spinney for nude walks, and go to Eleven Mile if something is needed. Very convenient!
The park entrance for the day is about $7, so it is not bad (a lot cheaper that a nudist resort!!)
I've been there several times and enjoyed around an hour of nude hiking. It is somehow dangerous if getting caught as if it is not a nudist park, but that also add some element of excitement to the hike, don't you think?
