Colorado Mountain Hiking
Share information about good locations to hike nude in the Front Range and in the Mountains. (Boulder/Denver/Ft.Collins/RockyMountainNationalPark/IndianPeaks, Summit County and the Southern Front Range too). No discrimination, so if you have an area not listed, feel free to mention it too.
The End of the Season
Return to DiscussionsIt is getting chilly, even in the sun, and there are hunters everywhere. The days for being naked outside in Colorado are numbered, at least up here in the mountains. I'm already thinking a trip south will be needed at some point. How do you other Colorado hikers cope?
Less hiking nude and more finding a wind sheltered spot in the sun on one of the warmer days and lying out in the sun. Bring a towel or blanket to put on the camping chair to help with warmth. If you're on the ground, a yoga mat or two and then a towel/blanket.
Otherwise, hot springs as has already been mentioned.

They should provide some radiant heat and the yoga mat should provide some insulation from the ground. Bring a friend for company. Almost always better with company.

32 inches of snow in my yard today. Thinking of a trip with trailer to Southern AZ in late March or early April and hitting a selection of nudist spots including some classic nudist hikes. That will be my first real nude opportunity of 2020.
