Dakota Hot Springs is fairly centrally located in Colorado and does not have any kind of quota system or restrictions that would impede anyone from visiting. They are also reasonably priced and good for a day visit.
I hope to make it out that way this summer, and this would give me one more reason to come that way.
Valley View Hot Springs is another good place, but has become a little more pricey in recent years, but would still be a good choice.
