A very simple recipe
Return to DiscussionsThis is so easy to do and if one likes Lemon Chicken, this one is called "Lemon Bomb".
Preparation is[ insert a chicken stock cube into the chicken
puncture a whole lemon all over and insert into the chicken after the stock cube
add another chicken stock cube, so the punctured lemon sits between two chicken stock cubes inside the chicken
Bake in a preheated oven for 10 Minutes on high and after lower the temperature to 180C for about 50 to 60 minutes, depending on size of chicken.
It tastes great hot or cold and its so simple.
