There is a sauna, steam room and jacuzzi in the men's locker room. The rules to use it, pre Covid, for a day pass were very restrictive. I was staying at the hotel and was told unless I had a treatment scheduled, I couldn't buy a day pass. They finally let me purchase one when I played "but Foxwoods allows it for hotel guests" card. During the time I was there, only 3 guys came through and that was to use the showers after their massages. This is from Mohegan's website:

Day Passes will be offered at the appropriate fee (either Hotel or Non-Hotel Guest) to any Soar card holders and above, Monday through Thursday; not available on weekends or holidays. Member Card must be presented upon check-in. Guest may have a maximum of 2 people during any given day; i.e., the card holder and 1 Guest.

Pool ONLY Passes will no longer be offered.
