As a Y member, you can use any facility. Anyone want to try working out at different CT YMCAs and enjoy some steam/sauna afterward?

We should put together a list of which YMCA's still have sauna and steamrooms. So many have remodeled and done away with those as well as open shower rooms

The Y in Menominee MI has a great wet area for adult men (I would guess a comparable womens area) with steam, sauna and whirlpool. Guys are pretty relaxed about being nude in there, a healthy atmosphere. I wish I lived closer, I would use it a lot.

Torrington, Waterbury and Hartford all have steam and saunas in the men's locker rooms....

Anybody want to work out and hang naked in the steam room? Would be fun! Let me know. I go to the Waterbury YMCA every day.
