Return to DiscussionsWeather guess is such that I think it will cooperate with me driving down for the day Thursday. Sure hope so as it's been quite a while since my last visit and may not get another chance until late July with our Alaska cruise plans. Gotta see the "new" almost completed Cheeks and of course have fun with Gary before he retires.
Great time today. The conversion of Cheeks to a tiki-like bar is progressing but has a ways to go yet. It's pretty noisy inside the structure and even distracting when sitting out under the covered patio area. Gary has a small temporary bar for drinks and you can still get food as well so that part isn't destroyed yet. Not many people around the pool areas today although the weather was good - lots of sun and of course the pool felt great.
