Return to DiscussionsMade this pair specifically for going out - legal but crouch down or and very visible. Getting compliments as one woman called "jorts". Bend over or down and I'm literally hangout of the bottom. Love to wear to the store, Sams, Costco, etc. and often on the road.
On that basis, I'll keep the crotch intact for being out and about like at the shops. They may be short, but at least they're conventional! If I want something more airey, perhaps Andy's idea of tan-through is a better approach.
I want to go into the convenience store bottomless sometime to get a drink just to see if they even notice. Working on that.
Ive done that many times while traveling. Just a long shirt to get gas then go in the store for restroom and drinks/snacks. Also the same for many rest area stops.
