jim-marie-yardart, I'm not sure what kind of consequences "wardrobe failure" would HAVE...at a nudist costume party, where most folks would ALREADY be in some state of undress... but I DO like the idea of a slowly-disintegrating costume, leaving the wearer with maybe a few odd bits and pieces of the original.
How about... for a female costume, starting out the evening with a flower lei around her neck and one of those inexpensive "grass" skirts (that are actually made of paper) for the bottom part. During the course of the evening's revelry, party-goers would be encouraged to pull single strands of "grass" off the skirt until... Ooops!.. all the "grass" is gone and she is totally naked!
For a male costume, how about a pair of EDIBLE briefs, boxers or thongs (depending on how BARE the person wants to start out with). Since EDIBLE UNDIES are water-soluble, party-goers would be given small water guns and encouraged to spray the undies with water during the course of the evening, eventually leaving the wearer totally bare, with just a drippy mess of melted undies running down his legs.
Wicked minds... think ALIKE! LOL. Any other ideas???
November 1st is one of the six Holy Days of Obligation, when Catholics are required to attend Mass.
However, in the US, despite the requirement, with the exception of Christmas, attendance is much lower than on Sunday. Aah Wednesday is not a Holy Day of Obligation but is much better attended than the other 5, Is it the same in Australia?
