Some years ago, we had a nice habit of making a picnic and going to one of the fantastic areas of the Rocky Mountains of Colorado. One of our favourite places was on top of a high rocky area which had stunning views all around. We could hear distant echos of voices while we did one of our lovely massages to apply suitable sun protection, and were suddenly surprised by a young student appearing at the top of the vertical feature and discovering us. She was the lead climber of a rock climbing group and was baking in the heat and keen to get stripped off and have some of our water, while her male companion went totally stupid and stormed off back to his vehicle, leaving her to get the climbing gear sorted and returned to where they'd gotten it.

It was several hours before we got things together and took her and the gear back, as she had no transport and could drop her off with just a small detour. A nice ending to a wonderful day. Yes, we did briefly see some wildlife but we didn't bother them and they didn't show much interest in us.
