Even though I have no more nude at work stories, I wanted to encourage people to look for opportunities to be nude at work. You might even be lucky enough to have an understanding boss. I know of one friend who invited his boss and his wife over for dinner, and they had a great view of the city at night from their backyard that was made even more awesome with a hot tub. They had a great time eating and socializing, and talking about their small, young but growing company. After dinner, everyone went outside to enjoy the view, and the boss's wife commented on the fact that she wished they had a hot tub with their view, and that she would use it every night if she could. So my friend's wife suggested using it right there and then, but the boss said that he did not want to have to drive all the way home to get their swim suits, and that is when my friend's wife said that they never use suits, and in fact, swim suits were forbidden in their hot tub because of the fabric and soap clogging the filters and ruining the water. When they objected, saying they could never be naked in front of strangers, my friend said that they had lots of friends who joined them nude, and it was nothing sexual. The wives went inside to get more wine, and while inside, my friend's wife convinced the other wife to try it. When they came out, they were nude, wrapped in towels, and even though she was shy about it, the boss's wife got into the hot tub, lowering her towel as she did it. The husbands joined of course, and they spent the next hour just having fun and talking about the usual stuff couples talk about when socializing. During that time, the boss's wife commented on the fact that my friend's wife had no tan lines, so my friend's wife fessed up the with fact that they were nudists, and had been to many resorts and beaches, belonged to a local club, and always went nude in the house and in their backyard. They used that opportunity to show them that it was not sexual, they were not swingers, but simply enjoyed life with out the constriction of clothing.
During that conversation, my friend mentioned that if he could work naked, he would. Two weeks after that, the subject came up again, since the boss's wife had talked to her husband about getting their own hot tub, and how she would not mind using it nude in their own private back yard, and they had discussed social nudity in general. The boss realized that it was something he had enjoyed, and since my friend had his own private office, and worked into the evening hours, he gave my friend permission to work nude if he chose to, but cautioned him to remain clothed if they had meetings scheduled with clients. That started out a great time for my friend, and made work all the more enjoyable.
So who knows? Maybe you have a boss like that, and if you approach them in the right way, maybe by even inviting them over for dinner and a soak in your hot tub, or coming up with a similar plan where the subject of non-sexual nude recreation comes up, perhaps you could wind up working in the nude with the permission of your boss, and wouldn't that be awesome?
