Return to DiscussionsI took my first nude walk on the street at the age of just 12. Late in the evening, at dusk and in the dark. Many people are amazed that I dared to do it so early. Well, it's simply that my father introduced me to nudism and also taught me to be unashamed and open-minded. He taught me, at just 6(!) years old, to be naked, even in unusual places. At that age, that was certainly something special. I didn't dare to do it on my own until I was 12.
When did you take your first nude walk, alone, on the street? Or in other unusual places.

I'm guessing it was about when I was 8. My best friend and I used to have campouts in the back yard in the warm summer months. It was always humid so we would lay out one sleeping bag and lay naked on the top. Of course a boys game of truth or dare always broke out. Lol. We would run around the yard naked and dare each other to run closer and closer to the front yard. My family had an above ground pool and we would skinny dip and continue the dares in the pool. I don't think we would fall asleep until sunrise.
This sounds very similar to me and my cousin when he'd stay for a couple nights of sleepover each summer. I had started going on nude hikes and swims when I was 9 and introduced him to it. Games of truth-or-dare were a catalyst for many fun explorations with him :)
I started walking in my parents woods about 12 also. They had several acres of woods and we made forts out there to play in with scraps of wood from nearby construction sites and tarps. First it was me and my sister going out there but she stopped as she got older and more into her friends. So I had the property to my self, so I started getting daring and just sitting naked in the fort, and gradually walking around but not to far from my clothes in case my parents came looking. After a few hot summer weeks I just stayed naked and just out of view of my parents walking through the woods. It was great I loved being naked especially in the rain. After a couple years I made a campground out there and my father taught me how to properly and safely have a campfire, a small one and I would camp out there and sit by the fire at night completely naked. My parents never told me about nudism but apparently they were nudists. I learned this one night when my father came to check on me and i had dozed of a little in my chair naked. He was not angry about me naked like he thought he would be. I thought i was in big trouble, the fire was just embers and coals by that point and well contained. I said I was sorry and asked if I was gonna be grounded. he laughed and said no, far from it. He then asked if he could join me for a bit. Of course i said sure. H e than stoked the fire and started to undress and explained what nudism was. And that my mom and him were both nudists and were happy I had found it on my own that I was to. Since than I do a lot of nude hiking on rarely used trails for miles and occasionally on some well used ones on off peak times. I still walk on some old trails for miles where I live and can say I'm not the only one. I have run into others enjoying the outdoors nude.
