Return to DiscussionsWhat's not to like about it? At least for some of us. One of the most common things for me is to spend some time in a State Park, search for a solitary place, and take some nudity pictures that I can use in my site. Most of the times I am very nervous of being caught since here in Colorado (for what I understand) one would be arrested and processed as Sexual Offender, with a stain in our record that will never be erased and our name and picture in a special web site where people can check names to see if that person is a sexual offender.
The problem is that getting arrested as a Sexual Offenders for hiking nude is the same as for having sex by force with children! Two completely different things, yet they place you in the same basket, so being arrested for hiking nude can be disastrous for your career, and even your personal life!
So you can imagine how nervous one can be by being naked in a State Park! Which add to the excitement of finding a secluded spot and doing it!
I've been naked at Stated Parks many times and have hundred of pictures from those "adventures". The rush, the heart beating hard, nervously watching all around for an unexpected hiker in the area. Nudity in nature and the risk of screwing up one's life in an instant because of the laws, it all add to the rush. I often think if this could be compared to racing a car in a high level category, where a lot is at stake; maybe.
I just uploaded a couple of pictures, so I guess it'll take a couple of days to be available here in this group.
One thing I want to do is to get pictures of me being nude in nature while cars in a close by highway can be seen behind me, to a distance that anybody would see I'm nude!

Not so much "fun" as it was risky and daring. We thoroughly enjoy living our nude life but it's not what we'd classify as "fun."
We were camping at our membership textile campground last year in Nov. The resort has over 800 campsites ... it's quite large. The place was almost dead. Only 35 occupied RVs in the entire park. We found a spot and parked our motorhome. As we walked around the park I took notice of all those occupied RVs and realized the closest occupied RV was over 100 yards away. Though not entirely nude the 3 days/3 nights we were for quite a bit of the time. A small amount of time during daylight hours but then quite a bit at night until it got too cold.
We found a spot where we could have spent the entire time nude but it was occupied when we arrived. We set up camp and the next day, that spot was then vacated. I was going to unhook the motorhome and move to that spot but we decided that the amount of nudity outside the motorhome was good enough for that particular trip! So ... risky, yes ... being naked in many places in a textile campground and enjoyable but not what we would classify as fun. Now, if we could have been naked the entire time, road our bikes and done some skinny dipping ... that would have made the trip fun!
Question? ... Would posting pictures of your daring adventures in a
public place be enough evidence to get you arrested, if the
authorities were to see them? ... If you ask, what were THEY
doing in a place like this... They might answer, looking for
someone like YOU. ;-) ... BTW, don't let
this question stop you from posting your pictures... Consider that
a DARE. 8-))
It has always been a huge concern of mine how the law treats nudity and those who embrace the lifestyle. How simple nudity has been turned around to meaning sex is beyond me. This whole notion needs to be addressed in public forums so that overly harsh laws are never allowed to be applied in our circumstances. It shouldn't be, well treat them nice and they shouldn't ruin your life from here on out. Simply being nude should not be a crime, or at least not a life changing felony. Maybe this was the wrong thread for me to go off on this topic but the subject was mentioned and it should be a concern for all of us here.

That's a great site with around 150 public naked dares. I looked
through the list and recon that I have done 68 of them over the
last 6 years. So there is still some way to go. BTW that's one of them in the group photo.
Thats very odd and backwards in a state that is so open in other aspects such as 420. There's many hotsprings in Colorado and many allow public nudity. Id do some research with lawyers to see exactly what the status of the law is. Federal land rules might be laxer. Was vacationing here in Colorado this past week and loved it
