Summer in the city.....
Return to DiscussionsHaving discovered that London's Serpentine is actually clean and warm in the summer, Istarted to visit for a swim by moonlight - and have bumped into a few couples taking a mid-night dip too.
So, then I have been trying to find other open air ponds and pools in central London... and can recommend the fountain pond next to Marble Arch!
And then there was a mid-December (textile) dip in Queen's Mere on Wimbledon Common. Def returning in the summer!
Now, where's that street map? Projects for this summer? you bet :o)
