You have reminded me of the urban myth of a bar which had a reproduction of Michelangelo's statue of David in the ladies room with a hinged fig leaf over the genital area.
Underneath the fig leaf was a small plaque containing the words "You have rung a bell in the bar."

I have done a Christmas card with a lift-up kilt hiding my nudity. By the time the cards came down the kilt had fallen off through too much lifting.
When I stripped naked in our village pub I let the landlord take a couple of photos. By the time I went back the next day he had shown them to everyone. They all cheered and threw corks at me (why corks?) as I entered.
