I suppose I could ride my bike, but after 22 miles with lots of hills last Saturday and probably over 30miles this Saturday with the double header I think the old legs need rest more than training. I realized after the 22 miles last Saturday it was the first time in over 30 years that I rode more than 20 miles at one time.
So all of the other WNBR's you did were under 20 miles each?
