It's quite a thrill tbh, have done same in my car, and a drive a lorry sometimes... that's cheating a bit as you're much higher than the other cars! Never seen anyone driving nude though!

You're a brave man to drive nude in Texas--lolBill
I met and spoke with a Texas State Trooper at a nudist resort I was at in Texas. He was there on his time off and was attired appropriately for the venue. He informed me that it is NOT Illegal in the state of Texas to drive or ride nude in a vehicle, It is considered an extension of your home, so anything you can do legally in your home you can do in your vehicle. Sitting around at home nude, minding your own business or driving nude and minding your own business, same thing.

I wonder if that's the case (legally) in NC. Considering what goes on around here, I can see myself being on the local news if I got caught! Or at the very least, it would be spread on Facebook.

Probably worth noting, though, that, while even public nudity isn't specifically illegal in some parts of Texas, some cities' local statutes are worded in a way that says if someone sees who "may be alarmed or offended," that it could be considered public indecency or lewd behavior, and that has sometimes extended to people in their homes. The argument made is that, if someone from outside your home sees you, you took no precautions to prevent it. It's stupid, yes - don't look in my windows - but it's a back door way of keeping things vague enough to enforce or not based on the whims of the officers involved. Some - like the one you met at the resort - would probably let it slide with a, "You're fine. You didn't break any laws, but be more careful. The next trooper may not be as sympathetic." Others would hit you with everything they could.
Which just cycles around to awareness of one's surroundings and exactly how visible you are to others.
