I think 70F and sunny would be my minimum with the windows down. 76F sounds ideal!

Feb 7 was a nice day. Once I left the morning snack shop the rest of the day (almost) was naked till 1 block from home. Odd having to be covered to check into a resort. Drive was about 2 hours each way.
