Which circumstances do you need?

The engine needs to be running :)

Certainly the dark nights make it easier, but before lock-down and the start of working from home I drove home naked virtually every night, and bottomless most mornings. Driving in to work in the morning was a bit more complicated for dressing. Driving home, I just stay naked.

It also helps if the fuel tank is full and (for a long journey) I have a pot to pee in.

I drove 150 miles during broad daylight, totally nude, clothes in the back seat and only a towel to cover with in case of emergency

and finding a spot where I can slip the clothes off without attracting too much unwanted attention.

I think it is also good for stripping to wear just a jeans without underwear and a shirt. So that stripping everything off is easy.

But the UK and some continental European countries are more tolerant of nudity than the US.

The only circumstance I need is that the vehicle not be a convertible, and that there is a place to pull off and get dressed before I have to get out of the car. Generally I try to avoid it in downtown areas with lots of people around, but I remember once when I misjudged where the pullouts were and did end up naked in a downtown area. Mostly, I felt nervous because it was the first time that happened.

I have finally put an empty bottle in the car, but in the end I just pulled up at a layby
