Driving nude
Return to DiscussionsThere was a CHP (California Highway Patrol) booth at a car show and I asked them about driving nude. The 4 officers got over the shock of the questions and entered into the discussion. Consensus was ok as long as the driver had a license & registration handy. They thought going slow by a school or school bus might elicit complaints. But generally, just driving nude not lewd wouldn't be a problem.
Our next trip abroad will be to Spain, Portugal and back to Italy. We will be renting a vehicle in all three countries that trip and doing self guided tours. Our plan is to visit some naturist venues in each of the countries on this stay and driving naked to them in high on the list! ;D
If you visit the coast of Spain, consider a side trip to Del Torn beach south of Barcelona. It's a beautiful huge beach, and the water is great. Lots of spots in Andalucia as well. Have a great trip.
I did a lot of my highway driving in Spain without clothes, no problems.

I've driven naked to Torn beach. I've also stayed naked and the adjacent naturist camp site Templo del Sol.
And I've stood naked on the side of the railway which runs alongside the beach - and waved at passengers in the Barcelona Valencia express ( I think they have now built a new track away from the beach - pity.)

Was it ever broadcast on the UK?

Yes, in the 80's or 90's I believe. I think we were a year or two behind the USA
