Driving Naked

For those who enjoy driving in the nude.

Unable to be seen naked.

Many members say they don't like driving naked as people in other cars will see they are naked so I took a few photos which show people can't see that you are driving naked with one looking into the side with the camera set the same height as my head and the second one looking in the front up a lot higher like a lorry coming towards you.

Just drove from Texas to VA. Didn't much nude at all though. I think it was because it was mostly during the day and when I did drive at night it just felt to unsafe at the time. Maybe on the way back though.

Sorry I didn't see this when I posted elsewhere.
Do you generally only drive nude when it is dark or in light traffic?
Driving home should be better because as you head south, you can remove clothing as the weather gets warmer until everything is off.

Having been a nudist trucker for many years, I enjoy seeing others enjoying the feeling, and freedom of driving naked. It is much less restrictive than having to wear clothes.

How common is it to for you to see people driving nude?

When we are on a long trip and in a big city, we tend to put shirts on to make it appear we are fully dressed.

I don't drive nude because I have a convertible and I would rather have the top off and my shorts on than the other way around. However, I rarely wear a shirt when driving in warm weather.

I will drive often from my house to the local trails to run. It is dark out so not worried about people seeing me. Day driving though is not existent for me. Way to many people for me. Long distance though when I travel back home to visit my folks by myself I have driven a few times nude with no problem.

How far from your home do your parents live?

RE:Unable to be seen naked.

I live in a small city, and my rule is that if the temperature (in F) and the number of miles I am traveling add up to more that 100, I am driving nude. That being said, I do not drive a sedan. I drive a 4x4 truck and I can see in every car that passes me on the interstate.

I have been doing this since I was maybe 19 years old when I drove from KY to CA for the first time. Here are some things I have noticed, or learned. (I am currently 6 weeks away from the 35th anniversary of my 21st birthday)
*Higher vehicles obviously are safer.

*Tinted windows are safer, but sometimes attract they can attention of the fuzzy wuzzies if tint is too dark and they are bored. CA used to make you scrape tint off at the state line right there on the side of the interstate.

*I have sat at a busy intersection at a light while dozens of people walk close to my truck. Literally nobody looks up from their phone and if they do, it is to avoid a crash, not to gaze in a strangers vehicle. (Never say NEVER, but it is extrememly rare)

*ALWAYS bring clothes. There are dozens of things that have happened to me, and without clothing I would have been screwed with a capital F. (Flat tire (rusty rim...who knew?), police stop, sudden need to poop (not kidding), stranger approaching vehicle while sitting in a parking lot eating lunch, (thought I was the one meeting him there) drive thru dining, (some have cameras, or leaners, or even very tall employees) unexpected guard at the entrance to a community, (I thought guard house was closed), driving by a two story building, construction/accident/clean up crews with hand held stop signs, stranded traveler blocking the road, especially if you are first on the scene and they run to your car to ask for assistance. Break down, or need for emergency stop, especially in cold weather. Person flagging you down for a ride. (Even had one hop in, fortunately, she just chuckled and confessed to being an at home nudist herself, Unfortunately, she was desperate for a fix. Nice person, was just drooling for her next high, and was needing a ride ASAP)

As for people seeing in, think angles. If you can extend a pole or stick (real or imaginary) from the spot you do not wish to be seen through the drivers side and passenger side window, it will point to the eyes of the imaginary person who can see you. Their height is a factor as is proximity. Watch for street level office buildings with glassed offices 10 feet off the ground, people who park on the curb and hop out at the same moment you are stopped beside the car waiting on the light to change and that person happens to glance in, perhaps to be friendly, or to ensure that you see them, and do not drive over them while they are exiting their car. (Yes there is a reason for the specificity of that one. LOL) Also watch for taller vehicles on your right, especially in heavy traffic where the driver may be bored or angry at you because you cannot read their mind and know they want your spot. I have parked at the edge of a parking lot to eat a recently purchased icecream, and was surprised by a homeless person who exited their vechicle from 10 or so spots down, and approached me to ask for gas money, Had a coworker tell me next day he saw me on (X) road "driving without a shirt on", Have parked to get dressed and realized that the vehicle I had parked near, to use for cover was actually occupied. Stopped in the middle of the road in the middle of nowhere, to hop out and close the lid on my tool box, and another car chose that EXACT moment to pop over a rise 500 feet behind me. Have had a taco bell drive through cashier point blank ask me if I was naked, (loudly and while chuckling too), another has just given me a WTF look. (Some have smiled, so I do not know if that was professional courtesy, or an "I know your secret" smile, but I think more people see than I know, and just keep mum about it. (Although one woman made an obvious point to lean waaay out and blatantly looked, then smiled at me. I still do not know if it was just a quirky coincidence or if she was actually advertising interest. She did not speak or wink, or anything flirty, just a normal smile, that was maybe a little broader than the exchange of money for food merited. I mean, was she peeping, or is my imagination in ego mode? I may never know.)

Accidents happen daily, sometimes with no warning. Watch some of those dash cam videos, they are horror stories for a naked person driving "without a net".

Happy nudoring every one. (See what I did there, nude motoring... okay, I'm shutting up)

Thanks for the detailed post.
So if it was 20F and you were driving 80 miles you would do so nude? Sounds chilly to me.
