The person I mentioned above said that he buys gas locally before sunrise as often as possible so he can be nude when he does so,

GBS RE:Convincing othersI don't think a clothed person would bother to undress to refuel their car. I suspect that naked refuelling is only done when the person is driving naked on arrival, as is the case in the one instance where I have refuelled naked.
