Nobody ever does. I've even done 5MPH on a dual carriageway in traffic through a city centre, windows open and music up and nobody noticed

Probably true, but I believe that driving nude in Britian is legal while in many US states it is not, so you wouldn't get in trouble if someone did notice and reported it.
