Naked commute starts the day right
Return to DiscussionsI have driven naked a few times before but last night I decided to drive to work naked today. In preparation, I put my clothes in the car on the passenger seat and shoes on the car floor last night. I was excited thinking about it when I woke up.
It was a little cool this morning at around 53 degrees F so I started the car and blasted the heat for a few minutes prior to departure. I walked out naked in the dark and got in the car. I drove a lot closer to the speed limit than usual and was especially careful to not draw attention to myself. So does driving naked make me a better or safer driver? Most likely the selfies I was making on the deserted roads negated any gain in that area.
Right before I got to my office I slipped on only my shirt since there is a security camera at the gate that looks into the vehicle. Once in my parking space I put everything else on but was sad to do so by then after driving over 30 miles like that. I will be doing this again as it was an exhilarating start to an otherwise potentially boring day.
Next challenge - drive home naked in the daylight! Maybe after I get my windows tinted a little darker.
Why do you need dark tinted windows? Driving naked is just that... Driving naked. When I drive naked, I don't have my clothes handy and that makes it more exhilarating. I drive thru tolls, drivethrus and busy streets totally nude. That's what we do as nudist drivers. No need for windows you can't see thru. As weather permits, I drive with windows down..
I drive nude quite often, but do have slightly tinted windows and I drive only on highways and rural roads. For me it's the comfort of driving, not being seen which I avoid. I don't believe in forcing my nudity on those who don't want to see it.
Agree with you dontario, but i dont force my nudity on anybody. If they see, they see, i do it for my comfort and pleasure. Just because i come to a tollbooth doesn't mean i need to conform to the textiles. Stay nude and drive on.
I would love to live in a world where I didn't have to worry about being seen. I don't mind being seen naked and even enjoy it at times. It's not a crime to drive naked but if someone even says you are on display and complains where I live it could ruin your day. I don't want to end up in jail or even having to explain myself by the side of the road. I just want to be naked, that is all. I wasn't doing it for anyone else, only for me.
Oh and BTW I drove naked to work again today!
Totally agree. Driving naked to work is the bet way to start the day. I've done it every day this year. Feels great every time. I just strip off as soon as I get in the car and head on out onto the streets. I am going to drive home nude rosy too, in broad daylight and rush hour traffic, but only because I feel more comfortable without the nasty clothing
Good job Bare-lee keep driving naked! I workout after work, steam, sauna and shower and then strip out of my shorts in the parking lot of the gym and drive home naked. I then park my car and walk into my house naked. This is after dark so not so bold in the day light...at least in the neighborhood. However i have driven naked in the daylight often. i keep a t-shirt handy to cover my lap if a larger vehicle happens upon me at a stop light. now that it is cooler..headed to just plain cold.. in the chicagoland area, driving without my shirt does attract a little more attention than during the hot weather.

Wonderful experience. Even I, a while ago, I drove naked. It was the middle of summer, at night, and I came home from work. I selected an alternative route, just to avoid being stopped by police. I confirm: drive naked, they are more responsible, you respect the speed limits. And also driving barefoot, are drive better.
