Return to DiscussionsI have been a nudist all my life and hate wearing clothes of any kind. Several years ago, whilst visiting relatives in Kansas and hating the time I had to wear clothes, I was preparing to return home to California. I decided to drive nude all the way home. As soon as I got into my car in front of my relative's home I stripped naked, keeping a pair of shorts on the seat beside me should I meet a police officer or when I stopped for gasoline cross country. I drove all the way to San Diego completely naked and loved every second. The wind, the sun, the freedom. I found that the experience aroused my several times. When I stopped for gas I simply slipped on my shorts, bought gas and coffee the stripped naked again as soon as the door was closed. On pulling into my drive way I refused to dress. Rather, loving the freedom, stepped from the car and went in my house still naked. I could care less at that time if neighbors saw me nude. I suppose that is the feeling one acquires from being naked for perhaps 90% of the time. I really recommend it. David
I just had the most awesome weekend. I was visiting a friend this weekend who is a handyman at a clothing optional B&B outside of Bastrop, Texas. For most of my visit, I was naked. With hot tub, pool, pond and many highly wooded acres to explore without clothes. Needless to say, I didnt want to leave: especially with a 3 1/2 hour drive back home. Well, I begrudgingly put on some clothes (shorts, tank top and crocs) and started my way home. I was driving, maybe an hour or so, reminiscing about the weekend being naked and so wishing I was still naked. Then I decided, what the Hell. I stripped off all but my crocs. I cant comfortably drive barefoot and drove the final 145 miles from Temple, Texas to Justin, Texas naked. It was extremely exciting and I enjoyed it thoroughly. Im not certain Ill do it again, but it was fun. Nah, who am I kidding? I will do it again.
My friend and I drive naked on any journey of over an hour, sometimes shorter. We do it so often it's almost routine. And we have stripped naked in a public car park before getting into the car - it's so much easier. And, on a longer journey a call of nature gets us to stand by the side of the road naked for as long as it takes.
I just did a drive from NY to Tenn. naked. It was a 12 hour trip. I also did the return trip home. I had shorts and shirt for stops for gas. It felt great.
Did you wear the shirt if you were paying at the pump or only if you had to go inside for something?

Glad to see someone else who only thinks shorts are necessary. So many nudist men seem to think that any time they have to wear shorts, they should also put on a shirt !
