Return to DiscussionsI would guess that they take the photos from the front looking through the windshield to capture the face, which means they'll also see your bare chest. I'm guessing they don't go down far enough to see full nudity...? But I don't know that for a fact.

I admitted being the driver and got a fixed penalty (which I paid) so the evidence (including the photo) won't be needed
I remembered that a car park I use regularly takes through-the-screen photos of everyone leaving just in case a car is stolen. I used to work with the people who run the car park. Maybe it will amuse them. Having said that I've walked naked around my nearest city center in the early morning in full view of CCTV.

I'm currently fighting a parking fine where they photograph you entering and exiting the car park. They use vehicle number plate recognition and you have to enter the reg number in the machine. Unfortunately I entered my own reg number but was driving my wife's car
