Return to DiscussionsI would have to say our most pleasant experience was in Mexico a couple of weeks ago. We had a short vacation planned right after Hurricane Irma hit. We lost a day, but we definitely made the most of our couple of days there. We were at El Dorado Seaside Suites. Our room was a swimout suite off the main pool, right across from the pool bar, so it was a great location.
We were at the pool bar in the afternoon just chatting, and met a couple. Found out they live just an hour and a half from us. Both being from Florida, we talked about our houses and pools and I mentioned that I hate having to wear a suit in the pool. They agreed. We both have private pools in our home that we will swim naked in.
As continued to talk and told them about Cypress Cove and how we love it there. The other wife said she had never been more than topless in front of others, but was curious. We told them we weren't swingers, but enjoyed being naked with others and if they wanted to try it, we would be a safe couple to try it with. We told them if they wanted to try, they could come to our room later that night. We both had separate dinner plans and made plans to meet at one of the bars that evening.
We weren't sure they would show up, but they did and we started talking at the bar. When the band broke, we invited them to join us in our suite if they wanted. They talked for a minute and agreed.
We went to our suite and on to the patio where we continued to chat. Eventually I asked if they wanted to try it, and they agreed, so we all stripped down and got into the pool. It was fairly late in the evening, but here we were at a textile resort in the main pool, naked. It was a great time. We chatted for awhile and realized we have a lot in common. We were all very comfortable together, even when an employee walked into the fitness center that was right next door to us. He never seemed to notice us though.
That was our first time in a one on one nudist experience with another couple. Hopefully it won't be our last. We are still in contact with them and hope to have them join us sometime at Cypress Cove.
That's awesome! Though we met our closest nudist friends at a nude resort and them living in other states, never keeps us from staying contact and making the time to get together and enjoy each other's company. Being that these new friends are only 90 mins away, should make for some nice evenings for dinner to get to know one another better, even if you meet 1/2 way!
Our group of friends takes turns visiting each other's home, with the exception of the Canadians. The Canadian couple's home is quite small and wouldn't accommodate 8 people and it's not nude friendly at all, according to them. In contrast, the couple in WA has 6 acres and very tolerant neighbors. The CO couple's home is on 6 acres and you can see anyone coming for a couple miles ... most times they are driving right passed their property. Our home, even though a tract home, has a private backyard, only one neighbor and they also seem to be tolerant.
Hoping this new friendship continues to grow and you get to do many things together, even if you aren't naked! ;-)
