They never acknowledge or return a message or a post for them. They join lots of groups as to get even more access to more friend requests. I noticed that this website just does not have as many people posting in the forum as they used to have. Less and less posts are made in the forum on truenudists.com.
Do any of you have any free alternatives to this website you would recommend for a social network for "just friends" "nothing romantic" right now?

No question, the amount of LEGITIMATE posters has declined significantly for the same reason I am not as active on this site as I used to be. The problem is, was and will continue to be the total infestation of SSH posters (Spammers, Scammers and Hookers) who post their copy and paste posts on many groups even though therefor post has no relevance to the content of the groups. Unfortunately, the administrators of this site seem to do absolutely nothing to stop it. I suspect that they may be getting paid by the SSH posters and the ones that pay get to stay I predicted a couple years ago that this would eventually lead to the demise of this site and it appears that it may be starting to happen. When I log in, I check my groups using the latest active on the dropdown. When I see multiple posts in a bunch of groups posted about the same time, I know it will be SSH posts .

Yes, there are way too many spam accounts spamming the "groups."
some of which are groups that are really bad and are doing poorly to attract new users!
Yeah, I mean, people use this site in the real world, but a lot of people are scared to deep dive for good reasons on this website.
What surprises me is the high level of SCAM behavior that the website lets go "unenforced" even if it is "Directly Monetarily and Physically Threatening and Physically Violently Intimidating" in some cases. I personally think it is the "MONETARILY THREATENING AND INTIMIDATING AND EXTORTION" and the "PHYSICAL VIOLENCE AND THREATS" Category of speech that ALWAYS NEEDS TO BE ENFORCED!
Some of this is extremely disturbing.
Like, what are the actions being done by this website?

What are the best alternatives to Truenudists for "Just Friends" and "Nothing Romantic" involving nudists right now?

One thing to look for in a group is to click the moderator's profile. If he/she has nor been logged into the site in months...or years, then the group is essentially not currently moderated and the infestation of SSH posts are obvious. One thing that can, and is being done on a very limited basis is to form "Mirror Groups" A mirror group is a new group with the same basic content as an existing SSH infested group, but it is a private group that requires moderator approval to join. Also, the moderator has the option to expel a member for posting SSH posts. An example is a group that I am a co-moderator of ( although I have not been very active lately due to my super busy schedule) called Daring Nudity. It is a mirror group to Daring Nudists, a non moderated SSH infested group. While it doesn't get nearly the amount of posts, the posts there are on topic and relevant to the group. A mirror group requires active moderator(s) My apologies for not being very active in and for a while. Unfortunately, with legitimate members leaving this site in droves, or like me, just not participating much there is not much activity in the mirror groups. Check out the 2 groups and compare. There are other mirror groups out there.
If there were enough private mirror groups here, then the SSH posts could pretty much be posting to other SSH posts and would probably give up on this site. That is about the only hope for this dying site.
I regularly use NonShy and find it so much better than TrueNudists. I'm only here because I paid the lifetime membership and still have quite a few connections here. I did find many TN members have migrated over to NonShy. I recommend checking it out.
