We have submitted 7 times to be certified and we have received 7 denials. At first we submitted a picture of us naked, holding the certification paper. The, we noticed it said clothed pictures. We submitted clothed photos. The website wouldn't reflect me, as a man and her, as a woman. It wanted to show me as NA. So, I changed to "other" and stated male and female. The usernames match. The picture isn't photoshopped or messed with. We chose couple, because, well, we are a couple and the picture shows us both. We also submitted both driver's license on a single sheet, because there's only one chance to submit a file, and, you guessed it, we are a couple.
If called and left messages. I even printed everything up and mailed in snail mail. Nothing is working and we only have the "common mistakes" to go by.

Please help us. As paid life members, we would really like to take full advantage of the Truenudists website. Thank you! David and Pam
