I've forgotten how to print the lines as well, on an Excel document?

I use Open Office, and Micro$oft constantly trys to make it as incompatible as possible, but as I recall, there's a "show grid" check box somewhere.

Ahhhhh yes, GRID, that's the word I was trying to think of, ..... still don't know where it is! :(

Phil, there should also be a "borders" icon on her tool bar - I have my tool barset to "show buttons" on two rows, so it appears on the second row, third from right. If I switch it to show on one row, it's still third from right.
If you don't see the "borders" button, you can add it to the toolbar by clicking on the drop down arrow at the end of the tool bar, click on "add or remove buttons" and then put a check mark next to the shortcut buttons you always want to see on the toolbar. I admit it...I have them all checked.

Phil...go to Format on the right hand side of the tool bar, drop down to Cells, then Borders, then click which ones you want.
