Certainly less of a surprise, but I had a friend who lived with his parents and they had an indoor pool. He and some friends including me swam in it a lot and we swam nude when his parents were out of town. His parents rarely used the pool when he was home, but he said that they often mentioned being in the pool when he called home from his travels. He eventually asked his father why they swam more when he wasn't around, His father's reply was, "When you are not here we don't wear swimsuits."
