I currently hold a weekly co-ed nude yoga class in the Downtown Orlando area. I am looking to expand my business and move my headquarters to St. John's County. St. John's County currently holds an anti-nudity law that may or may not prohibit NuReveal Yoga from teaching there. As mentioned above, I teach nude fitness for an increased body awareness and awakening. Movements are nonrestrictive. The individual can achieve many physiological as well as physical benefits from working out nude. Physical: the feet will develop stronger muscles for stability. One will be able to see without restrictions which muscle are or need to be moving in the movement.Physiological Benefits: Sense of freedom; Increased Body awareness and acceptance; Decrease in seeing the body as purely as a sexual entity.
